We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be adjusted. However, to respect the time and preparation required for each client, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours prior to you scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.
