Tamara D. Ferrigno, MPS, SMP, SR Practitioner, was a world-renowned Permanent Makeup Artist, educator, and mentor based in Henderson, Nevada. Internationally trained and celebrated for her precision and artistry, Tamara specialized in microblading, the SofTap® manual method, and scalp micropigmentation. She was the founder of MM Brows and MMscalp.com, where she transformed the confidence of thousands with her natural-looking, hyper-realistic results. With decades of experience in the beauty industry, Tamara was also a respected trainer and mentor to aspiring permanent cosmetic professionals around the world. She offered advanced training and personalized guidance to help artists master their craft. In 2017, she became the first U.S. ambassador for the prestigious K.B. Pro pigment line—a brand she believed delivered the best results in the industry. Tamara’s legacy lives on through her students, her clients, and the high standards she set in the world of permanent cosmetics.
Hailey C. Fugate
Born and raised in Las Vegas, I’m proud to be a third-generation beauty professional carrying on my family’s legacy in the industry. After graduating high school early in December 2023, I dove straight into beauty school and earned my license as an Advanced Esthetician. Now at 19, I specialize in advanced skincare treatments, including microchanneling, lash enhancements, laser hair removal, and laser tattoo removal. I’m passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through customized, results-driven services in a welcoming and professional environment. With a deep commitment to continued education and innovation, I’m excited to grow with this ever-evolving industry and see where my journey takes me next.

I am a Licensed PMU Artist and Licensed Advanced Esthetician, as well as the owner of Flow Ink & Beauty LLC. My commitment to the beauty industry drives me to continually expand my knowledge of permanent makeup techniques. I am passionate about helping others achieve a sense of health and confidence in their skin. My goal is to enhance your well-being and bring joy and self-assurance into your life.
Paula Moore
Entering into the Las Vegas beauty industry in 1987, Paula Moore began her career in the nail industry, opening Tangles Hair and Nail Salon in 1989. Due to her passion for making a difference in her client's lives and her love of the artistic side of her career, she expanded her beauty career by entering into a permanent makeup program in 1991. She opened Visions Permanent Cosmetics in late 1991. Paula has been performing and teaching all forms of permanent cosmetics and paramedical permanent makeup, which led her to directing the first accredited program in Las Vegas, Nevada at Euphoria Permanent Makeup and School of Dermalogy in 2003. Paula Moore provides a natural look to help with your daily makeup routine, as well as, all paramedical treatments to improve and repair the appearance of scars anywhere on the body. She has worked with many doctors over the years, including teaching many doctors, surgeons, and nurses in paramedical procedures. She is now very grateful to be working with the Amazing team of practitioners here at M M Permanent Cosmetics!

From the time I could hold a pencil, I was sketching faces—obsessed with the details, especially the eyes and brows. Beauty, to me, was always in the expression and eyebrows speak louder than words. What started as pencil drawings of iconic faces became a lifelong love for enhancing natural features. My career has been as layered as my passions—from makeup artistry to the fast-paced world of Las Vegas casino hospitality—but it was in 2017 that I found my true calling. I became a certified Medical and Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, trained in Microblading, Machine methods, and the gentle SofTap® hand technique. Today, I blend technical skill with artistic intuition to create permanent makeup that looks effortless, timeless, and uniquely you. Every set of brows is approached with the care of a portrait and the precision of a professional, with your natural beauty as the focus.
Jayna Rocca
Heajin Jayna Rocca is a licensed esthetician and professional permanent makeup artist. Since beginning her career in the beauty industry in 2016, Jayna has specialized in advanced cosmetic techniques, including Microblading, Ombre Powder Brows, Combo Brows, and Permanent Eyeliner. Jayna has completed a wide range of advanced certifications, including Scalp Micropigmentation, Li-FT Saline Tattoo Removal, and Procell Microchanneling. Her commitment to continued education and technical excellence ensures her clients receive the highest standard of care and artistry. As a passionate beauty professional, Jayna believes that every client is unique.
